One of the first steps of organizational improvement is to understand the current state, and I provide the service of assessing organizations to fulfill that need. Some of the assessment approaches include:
- conduct anonymous surveys
- initiate 1-on-1 conversations
- observe meetings and events
- analyze existing metrics and measurement methods, etc.
- utilize existing models such as Kanban Maturity Model, AgendaShift assessment, Spotfiy squad health check, etc.
Along with the qualitative and quantitative data, I also provide cause-and-effect analysis on the gathered information, followed by a proposal with a list of pragmatic options for organizational improvement.
